Classic French Broccoli and Zucchini Gratin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until they're tender but still have some bite, about 5 minutes. Set them aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and cook until they're slightly softened, about 5 more minutes.
- In a baking dish, arrange the steamed broccoli, sautéed zucchini, onions, and garlic.
- In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche with half of the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the crème fraîche and cheese mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish, making sure they're well coated.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
