Instructions

1. Cook the hot dogs according to the package instructions, either by boiling, grilling, or pan-frying until heated through and slightly charred.
2. While the hot dogs are cooking, prepare the Greek salad. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, finely chopped red onion, sliced Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all the ingredients are well-coated.
4. Once the hot dogs are ready, place each one in a bun and generously top with the fresh Greek salad mixture.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra feta or olives if desired.
