Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced lamb or chicken to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more intense flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook the marinated meat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
