Lamb or chicken
1 pound, sliced
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a smooth and creamy tzatziki sauce. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a separate bowl, marinate the sliced lamb or chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated meat for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) for chicken or 145°F (63°C) for lamb.
