
Greek Souvlaki

Ingredients
- Greek salad (1 cup)
- Tzatziki sauce (1 cup)
- Pita bread (4 pieces)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (1/4 cup)
- Pork shoulder (1 pound, cut into 1 inch cubes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the pork cubes onto skewers.
- Grill the souvlaki for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve the souvlaki on pita bread with tzatziki sauce and a side of Greek salad.
