
Greek Yogurt and Fruit Salad
A refreshing and healthy salad made with mixed fruits and Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- Orange (1, peeled and segmented)
- Banana (1, sliced)
- Kiwi (1, peeled and sliced)
- Blueberries (1 cup)
- Strawberries (1 cup, sliced)
- Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Greek yogurt (1 cup)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, and orange to the bowl.
- Gently toss the fruit until it's evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
