This Greek yogurt parfait is a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack option. It is made with layers of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy granola.
Ingredients
- Mint leaves (for garnish) (a few leaves)
- Chopped nuts (optional) (2 tablespoons)
- Granola (1/2 cup)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) (1 cup)
- Greek yogurt (1 cup)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle honey over the berries.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the honey.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and mint leaves.
