Ingredients
- Green onions (2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish))
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Ginger (1 teaspoon, grated)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Tomatoes (2 large, diced)
- Green beans (1 pound, trimmed and halved)
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and stir fry for 5-6 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
- Add the diced tomatoes, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
