Ingredients

Water
4 cups
Green tea bags
4 bags
Lemons
3, juiced
Sugar
1/2 cup (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes
as needed

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and then remove it from heat.
  2. Add the green tea bags to the hot water and steep for 5 minutes. After steeping, remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, the freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir until the lemonade is chilled throughout.
