Ingredients
- Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons
- Honey
- 2 tablespoons
- Smooth peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons
- Ripe bananas
- 2, sliced
- Bread slices
- 4 slices
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the peanut butter on two of the bread slices.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the bananas on each sandwich.
- Cover with the remaining two slices of bread, peanut butter side down, to form sandwiches.
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it melts and begins to sizzle.
- Carefully place the sandwiches in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
- Using a spatula, gently remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool for a minute on a cutting board.
