1.5 pounds, cut into 1-inch cubes
Red onion
1 large, cut into wedges
Bell peppers
2, cut into 1-inch pieces (any color)
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Cumin
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Wooden skewers
8, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions
