- Bell peppers

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
- Wash the bell peppers thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stems.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
