Grilled Caesar Salad with Parmesan
Experience a delightful spin on the classic Caesar salad with this Grilled Caesar Salad. The smoky aroma of charred romaine lettuce perfectly complements the tender, juicy grilled chicken, while the rich, creamy Caesar dressing ties everything together. Topped with shavings of aged Parmesan and crunchy croutons, this salad transforms a traditional dish into a mouthwatering medley that's perfect for summer barbecues or a light weeknight dinner. The origins of Caesar salad date back to the 1920s in Tijuana, Mexico, where it was invented by chef Caesar Cardini. This modern twist keeps the essence of the original while adding a smoky flair.

Tips
- For added crunch and flavor, consider making homemade croutons by toasting cubed bread with olive oil and garlic powder in the oven.
- Feel free to add other toppings such as cherry tomatoes, avocado, or crispy bacon for extra flavor and texture.
- If you're looking for a vegetarian version, substitute the chicken with grilled chickpeas or tofu.
