- Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups, shredded
- Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade)
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup, grated
- Croutons
- 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts liberally with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for at least 5 minutes to retain moisture.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips against the grain.
- Spread Caesar dressing generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- On two slices of bread, layer the shredded romaine lettuce evenly.
