
Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- Mustard (1 tablespoon)
- Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
- Red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce leaves (4)
- Burger buns (2)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Chicken breast (2 boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the marinade mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly toasted.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a grilled chicken breast.
- Top with tomato slices and red onion.
- Cover with the top half of the bun.
