Ingredients
- Wooden skewers (8-10)

- Cherry tomatoes (1 cup)
- Zucchini (1, sliced)
- Red onion (1, cut into chunks)
- Bell peppers (2, cut into chunks)
- Chicken breast (1.5 lbs, cut into cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Thread the chicken cubes onto the wooden skewers, alternating with the bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
