Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken and half of the marinade. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
