Honey
1 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
Endives

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create a balanced and flavorful balsamic glaze.
  3. Brush the cut side of the endives generously with half the balsamic glaze, ensuring every nook and crevice is coated.
  4. Place the endives on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly charred and marks are visible.
