Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for deeper flavor absorption.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, ensuring it's hot enough for a nice sear.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the lamb reaches your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C).
