Herb-Infused Grilled or Roasted Zucchini

Ingredients
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Zucchini
- 2 medium-sized, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Using a basting brush, generously coat the zucchini slices with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
