
Grilled or Roasted Zucchini

Ingredients
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Dried oregano (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Zucchini (4 medium-sized, sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the zucchini slices with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
- If grilling, place the zucchini slices directly on the grill grates and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
- If roasting, spread the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
