Fresh oysters
12 large, cleaned
Unsalted butter
1/2 cup (1 stick), melted
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Fresh parsley
1/4 cup, finely chopped
Lemon
1, sliced into wedges
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully scrub the oyster shells under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  3. Place the cleaned oysters flat side up on the grill. Close the grill lid and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the shells begin to open.
