- Polish sausage
- 4 links
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Hot dog buns

- Sauerkraut
- 1 cup, warmed
- Mustard
- 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the Polish sausages to ensure they are well-coated.
- Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through. You can also use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- While the sausages are grilling, place the hot dog buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, or until they are warm and have grill marks.
- Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
- Serve the grilled sausages in the warm buns topped with a generous spoonful of sauerkraut and a drizzle of mustard.
