2 tablespoons
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Hot dog buns

Mustard
1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).

  5. Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  6. Serve the grilled sausages in the warm buns topped with a generous spoonful of sauerkraut and a drizzle of mustard.

Tips

  • 💡 For an extra layer of flavor, try adding diced onions to the grill alongside the sausages.
  • 💡 Experiment with different types of mustard, such as spicy brown or honey mustard, to suit your taste.
  • 💡 For those who enjoy a spicy kick, consider adding jalapeños or a spicy relish as a topping.
