Ingredients
- Zucchini
- 1, sliced
- Yellow squash
- 1, sliced
- Red bell pepper
- 1, sliced
- Red onion
- 1, sliced
- Asparagus
- 1 bunch, trimmed
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup, halved
- Mixed greens
- 4 cups
- Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons, divided
- Salt

- Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, red onion, and asparagus with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Grill the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the vegetables from the grill and let them cool slightly.
