
Grilled Zucchini and Squash with Basil and Parmesan

- Yellow squash (2 medium, sliced)
- Zucchini (2 medium, sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini and squash slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the vegetables on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
- Remove the vegetables from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
