Ingredients
- Zucchini
- 2 medium, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- Tomatoes
- 3 large, chopped
- Red onion
- 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons, divided
- Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
