Ingredients
- Tortilla chips (for serving)
- Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (1 tablespoon)
- Fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Tomatoes (2, diced)
- Ripe avocados (2)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency.
- Add the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder to the bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
