
Guacamole Con Totopos
This delicious guacamole is made with ripe avocados, fresh lime juice, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and served with crispy totopos.
Ingredients
- Totopos (tortilla chips) (1 bag)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Tomatoes (2, diced)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Ripe avocados (2)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add the lime juice to the bowl and mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and salt.
- Serve the guacamole with totopos (tortilla chips) for dipping.
