Guacamole Con Totopos

This delicious guacamole is made with ripe avocados, fresh lime juice, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and served with crispy totopos.

Ingredients

  • Totopos (tortilla chips) (1 bag)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Tomatoes (2, diced)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Ripe avocados (2)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Add the lime juice to the bowl and mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and salt.
  4. Serve the guacamole with totopos (tortilla chips) for dipping.
