Hot dogs

Lime
1, juiced
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Tomato
1, diced
Onion
1/4 cup, finely chopped
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Salt
to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the hot dogs for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and slightly charred.
  3. While the hot dogs are grilling, prepare the guacamole. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.
  4. Stir in the lime juice, minced garlic, diced tomato, chopped onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and taste to adjust seasoning.
  5. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until they are lightly golden and warm.
  6. Place a grilled hot dog in each toasted bun, generously top with the fresh guacamole, and serve immediately.
