Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat them lightly until they are well mixed, ensuring the yolks and whites are fully combined.
- Add the water, finely chopped green onions, salt, and sesame oil to the eggs. Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Pour the egg mixture into a heatproof bowl or dish that fits comfortably into your steamer.
- Set up your steamer, bringing water to a gentle boil. Carefully place the bowl with the egg mixture into the steamer basket and cover with a lid.
