- Greek yogurt
- 1 cup
- Cucumber
- 1/2, grated and drained
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon, divided
- Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
