- Fresh raw oysters
- 1 cup, shucked
- Fresh raw clams
- 1 cup, shucked
- Fresh raw fish fillets (such as flounder or sea bass)
- 1 cup, sliced
- Fresh raw scallops
- 1 cup, sliced
- Fresh raw squid
- 1 cup, cleaned and cut into rings
- Fresh raw shrimp
- 1 cup, peeled and deveined
- Scallions
- 1/4 cup, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
- Garlic
- 1 clove, minced
- Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons
- Fresh vegetables (such as lettuce, perilla leaves, and cucumber)
- 2 cups, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the seafood by cleaning and removing any shells or innards. Slice the squid into thin rings and keep all seafood chilled until ready to serve.
- Arrange the fresh oysters, clams, fish fillets, scallops, squid, and shrimp artistically on a large serving platter.
- In a small bowl, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing the soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and toasted sesame seeds. Stir until well combined.
