Instructions
- Season the halibut fillets generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the halibut fillets and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
