
Ham and Brie Sandwich

Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Tomato (1, sliced)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
- Dijon mustard (2 tablespoons)
- Bread (4 slices)
- Brie cheese (4 ounces, sliced)
- Sliced ham (6 ounces)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
- Spread the Dijon mustard mixture onto one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced ham, brie cheese, lettuce, and tomato onto two slices of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, mustard side down.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
