
Ham Cheese and Mushroom Omelette
This delicious omelette is filled with savory ham, melted cheese, and sautéed mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Butter (1 tablespoon)
- Mushrooms (4-5, sliced)
- Cheese (1/4 cup, shredded)
- Ham (2 slices, diced)
- Eggs (3)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced ham and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread them evenly.
- Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
- Using a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese.
- Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
