Ham Cheese and Mushroom Omelette

This delicious omelette is filled with savory ham, melted cheese, and sautéed mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Butter (1 tablespoon)
  • Mushrooms (4-5, sliced)
  • Cheese (1/4 cup, shredded)
  • Ham (2 slices, diced)
  • Eggs (3)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced ham and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread them evenly.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
  7. Using a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese.
  8. Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
  9. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
