- 2 tablespoons, softened Butter
- 4 slices (ciabatta or sourdough recommended) Bread
- 1 large, sliced Tomatoes
- 4 slices Havarti cheese

Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
- Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread to ensure a golden, crispy crust.
