Hot dogs

Hot dog buns
4
Fresh pineapple
1 cup, diced
Bacon
4 slices, cooked and crumbled
Teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup
Barbecue sauce
1/4 cup
Green onions
2, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are nicely charred and heated through.
  3. While the hot dogs are grilling, toast the buns on the grill, cut side down for about 1 minute or until they are lightly golden.
  4. Once the hot dogs are cooked, place each one inside a toasted bun.
  5. Top each hot dog generously with the diced pineapple and crumbled bacon.
  6. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce and barbecue sauce. Drizzle this mixture over the hot dogs.
  7. Finish by sprinkling with chopped green onions for an added crunch and freshness.
