2 cups, pureed
Lemon juice
1/4 cup
Water
1 cup
Granulated sugar
3/4 cup

Instructions

  4. Gradually pour the cooled sugar syrup into the fruit mixture, blending until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically for about 20-30 minutes until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  6. Once churned, transfer the sorbet to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up before serving.

Tips

  • 💡 Feel free to mix different fruits for a unique flavor combination.
  • 💡 If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze it, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
