Highland Toffee Macchiato

Immerse yourself in the luxurious world of coffee with the Highland Toffee Macchiato. This indulgent drink is a harmonious blend of robust espresso, sweet toffee syrup, velvety steamed milk, crowned with a luscious dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of rich caramel. Inspired by the warm and cosy highland coffee houses, this beverage is a perfect treat to lift your spirits on a chilly morning or to relax with on a leisurely afternoon.

Ingredients

Espresso
1 shot
Toffee syrup
2 tablespoons
Milk
1 cup, steamed
Whipped cream
as desired for topping
Caramel drizzle
as desired for topping

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method.
  2. In a large mug, pour the toffee syrup.
  3. Steam the milk until it's hot and frothy. Pour the steamed milk over the toffee syrup in the mug.
  4. Slowly pour the brewed espresso shot into the mug.
