Ingredients

- Hoisin sauce (3 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)

- Green onions (2, finely chopped)
- Egg (1)
- Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
- Ground beef (1 pound)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
