Ingredients
- Hojicha powder
- 2 tablespoons
- Hot water
- 1/2 cup
- Milk (whole, almond, or oat)
- 1 cup
- Sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 1-2 tablespoons, to taste
- Ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hojicha powder and hot water until smooth and no lumps remain.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the milk is hot but not boiling, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the sugar to the hot milk, stirring until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Divide the hojicha mixture between two mugs, filling each about halfway.
- Pour the hot milk into the mugs, stirring gently to combine the hojicha and milk thoroughly.
- For an added touch, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top before serving.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your soothing Hojicha Latte!
