Fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup, plus extra for garnish
Ice cubes

Water
4 cups, chilled
Honey
1/2 cup
Fresh lemons
4, juiced (about 1 cup of juice)

  1. Start by juicing the fresh lemons in order to obtain approximately 1 cup of lemon juice.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved into the lemon juice, creating a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the chilled water to the pitcher and mix until well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Prepare the serving glasses by filling them with ice cubes to your liking.
  5. Pour the honey lemon mixture over the ice-filled glasses, ensuring each glass gets an equal amount of the refreshing blend.
