Chicken breast
1 pound, sliced into thin strips
Carrots
2 medium, julienned
Bell peppers

Broccoli florets
2 cups
Green onions

Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons
Honey
3 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Cooked rice
4 cups (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a rich honey mustard sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken strips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
