Ingredients

Fresh ginger root
1 inch piece, peeled and thinly sliced
Honey
2-3 tablespoons or to taste
Fresh lemons
2, juiced
Water

Instructions

  2. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add the thinly sliced ginger root to the pan.
