Spiced Hot Lemonade

Ingredients
- Fresh ginger root
- 1 inch piece, peeled and thinly sliced
- Honey

- Fresh lemons
- 2, juiced
- Water

Instructions
- Pour the water into a small saucepan and set it on high heat.
- Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add the thinly sliced ginger root to the pan.
- Reduce the heat to low, allowing the ginger to simmer and infuse the water for about 5 minutes.
