- 4 medium, peeled and thinly sliced Potatoes

- 100g, thinly sliced Cured ham
- 4 large Eggs
- for garnish, chopped Fresh parsley

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
