Original recipe serves 2

Vanilla ice cream
4 scoops
Inka Kola
12 ounces, chilled
Whipped cream
optional, for topping
Maraschino cherries
optional, for garnish
Mint leaves
optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill the Inka Kola in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until it is very cold.
  2. In a tall glass, place two generous scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Gently pour the chilled Inka Kola over the ice cream, allowing the bubbles to rise and create a frothy layer on top. Pour slowly to avoid overflow.
  4. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream for added richness.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint for a pop of color and flavor.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon, and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures!
