Instructions

- Lay out the swordfish steaks on a clean surface. Evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over each steak, pressing it down gently to adhere.
- Carefully roll up each swordfish steak tightly, starting from one end. Secure each roll with toothpicks or kitchen twine to hold them together.
- Place the wrapped involtini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes. Before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the involtini for an added burst of flavor.
Tips
- For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Feel free to substitute swordfish with other firm fish like tuna or salmon for different flavor profiles.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a light salad for a complete meal.
