- Potatoes (4 medium, peeled and diced)
- Green peas (1 cup, fresh or frozen)
- Corn kernels (1 cup, fresh or frozen)

- Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Onion (1 medium, finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the green peas and corn kernels. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
