Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, crushed fennel seeds, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Using your hands or a spatula, mix the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter, ensuring they are evenly shaped for consistent cooking.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
