Ingredients

Crab meat
2 cups, fresh or canned
Parmesan cheese
1 cup, freshly grated
Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup, dry
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Parsley
2 tablespoons, freshly chopped
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon, fresh
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, dry breadcrumbs, minced garlic, freshly chopped parsley, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly mix the ingredients ensuring the crab meat is well-coated with the seasoning.
