Ingredients
- Sweet potato noodles

- Carrot
- 1, julienned
- Spinach
- 2 cups, fresh

- 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for 10 minutes to enhance the flavor.
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more sesame oil if needed. Stir-fry the julienned carrot, spinach, sliced onion, and mushrooms until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the cooked sweet potato noodles and the stir-fried beef back to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine all the flavors well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
