- Marinated jellyfish
- 1 cup, rinsed and sliced
- Cucumber
- 1 medium, julienned
- Carrot
- 1 medium, julienned
- Red bell pepper
- 1, thinly sliced
- Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Instructions
- Start by rinsing the marinated jellyfish under cold water to remove excess saltiness. Drain well and slice into thin strips.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced jellyfish with the julienned cucumber, carrot, and thinly sliced red bell pepper. Toss gently to ensure the vegetables are evenly mixed.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved and the dressing is well combined.
