Ingredients
- Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
- Sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Rice vinegar (2 tablespoons)
- Red bell pepper (1, thinly sliced)
- Carrot (1, julienned)
- Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
- Marinated jellyfish (200 grams)
Instructions
- Rinse the marinated jellyfish under cold water, then drain and slice into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the jellyfish, cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
