A refreshing and unique salad featuring marinated jellyfish, crisp vegetables, and a tangy vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • Sesame seeds (1 tablespoon)
  • Sugar (1 teaspoon)
  • Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Rice vinegar (2 tablespoons)
  • Red bell pepper (1, thinly sliced)
  • Carrot (1, julienned)
  • Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
  • Marinated jellyfish (200 grams)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the marinated jellyfish under cold water, then drain and slice into thin strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the jellyfish, cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
